Inspired by the legacy of my late mother—a dedicated educator who believed deeply in the transformative power of opportunity—The Matchem Group/MCR is a family ran nonprofit that exists to ignite meaningful change in communities across the nation. Our mission is to champion strategic, people-centered planning that promotes equity, wellness, and prosperity for individuals, families, and neighborhoods. Through intentional engagement and inclusive development, we strive to create sustainable solutions that empower communities to thrive.

Our vision is to establish a national model for community revitalization by building a broad, multi-disciplinary coalition of public, private, and grassroots partners. We envision vibrant, resilient communities shaped by collaborative leadership, bold innovation, and local empowerment.
